Located in the DC Metro area, Capital Specs is a small woman-owned business founded in 2004 by Melina Renee Meshako, CCS, LEED AP. Capital Specs is a result of Melina’s 18 years experience in the specifications writing business including sole proprietorship of MRSC in San Francisco, a staff member of Topflight Specs in San Francisco, and an in-house specifications writer for the Los Angeles and Arlington offices of DMJM.
